December 2024 marked a major milestone for AGI as the company celebrated its 10th anniversary. Additionally, AGI has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification—the international standard for quality. “This has enabled us to put customer service at the heart of everything we do,” says Clarke.

AGI is looking forward to this year’s AGM in Malta, where the team will reconnect with partners, forge new relationships, and introduce three first-time attendees—Chloe, Jesse, and Scott—to the wider network. “All of whom are attending the AGM for the first time, and who can’t wait to meet the wider Global Value & Globalink Network families,” says Clarke.
Clarke shares, “The AGM gives us the opportunity to meet current partners, creating stronger business relationships, as well as meeting new colleagues and partner members from all across the globe.”
Looking ahead, AGI remains committed to expansion and innovation. “We never stand still at AGI,” Clarke says. “Following a year of investment developing our software platforms, we’ve now turned our attention to working on new and exciting initiatives that will open up fresh opportunities to elevate our service offerings.”
