Dedicated Tables

When submitting your registration for our Annual Meetings, you will have the opportunity to purchase two sponsorship add ons. In addition to adding a Full Note Page with Ad to the Meeting Book, you can also secure your very own Dedicated Meeting Table!

Dedicated Meeting Table: $2000.00

Purchasing a Dedicated Meeting Table secures a devoted, branded space for holding your 1 on 1 meetings, enabling you to more fully portray your brand’s message to all attendees in your meeting schedule and beyond, creating the opportunity for attendees to approach your company by having a branded presence in the event space.  Meeting Table Sponsors will be able to do your own setup which can include branded tablecloths, banners, promotional giveaways— the sky is the limit. Producing items for your dedicated table will be at your own cost, but we will facilitate local production in the event country for simplicity.

Includes 1 dedicated table for all of your One On One Meetings: Attendees come to you for meetings, no more moving around the room!

Able to display banners as long as they are roll ups or have stands: Sponsor is responsible for cost of producing any such items. We will assist with local production of any items produced for this purpose. We cannot allow any signage to be attached to the walls of the hotel, so please make sure if you are planning to bring banners or signage that they be freestanding, roll-ups or have stands for display.

We have several of last year's table sponsors renewing for a table again this year because they found it to be so effective.
